At Elite Nurse Consulting, my mission is to bring clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a nurse’s perspective to the complexities of medical-legal cases.

With over 11 years of nursing experience and a master’s degree in nursing leadership and administration, I have built my career around delivering high-quality patient care, evaluating clinical practices, and improving healthcare outcomes. I currently serve as an Assistant Nurse Manager in an acute-care setting, where I work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing, Quality and Safety, Infection Prevention, Pharmacy, Wound Care, Rehabilitation Services, and other healthcare professionals.

My experience has strengthened my ability to review medical documentation, identify gaps and inconsistencies, evaluate standards of care, and translate complex clinical information into clear, meaningful insights. I also hold a certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting, combining specialized training with years of real-world clinical and leadership experience.

Every patient and every case is unique. My goal is to help attorneys navigate the medical side of a case with greater clarity and confidence.
